CAPS Cancellation Policy
CCAC operates CAPS on an RSVP policy. Pre-payment is required to reserve spaces in all CAPS programming. If you would rather call or e-mail us for registration, and do not register with our online payment option, we will hold a space for you. When payment is received your spot will be confirmed and supplies will be purchased in advance. Thus, registrants are asked to honor their commitment when signing up for programs and services. In case of cancellation, Cattaraugus County Arts Council will do all it can to fill the spot, but if it is not possible, payment will be non-refundable due to the cost of supplies and equipment purchased upfront, per student.
